Maanika Singh is currently a junior at Beaverton Academy of Science and Engineering. She has been playing chess since 2020 and regularly participates in the Open Section at Puddletown chess tournaments. Through competitive play, she had deepened her interest in chess and enjoys continuing to learn and improve her skills. Moreover, Maanika is excited to share her passion for chess with younger players and help them build their own skills and confidence. Outside of chess, she enjoys practicing Taekwondo, wrestling, and exploring her interests in the medical field.
