Neha Bio
Neha Narendran is currently in 8th grade at Stoller Middle School. She started playing chess from 2020 and has played several USCF rated tournaments. She has been part of her middle school chess team and has competed in the OSCF K12 team championship. Neha also enjoys reading books, drawing, painting and teaching art to kids.
Some of Neha’s Chess accomplishments:
- 2021 Finished second in the OSCF Individual State Championship in the Elementary School Iron section
- 2021 Got 1st prize in 2021 Oregon Girls Championship in the U1000 section
- 2021 Participated in the Annual Haring National Tournament of Girls representing Oregon state.
- 2021 Finished second in the Chess for Success 5th Grade Statewide tournament
- 2022 Got 1st prize in 2022 Oregon Girls Championship in the U1000 section
- 2022 Member of the Stoller Middle School chess team that won OCSF championship in K8 section and Champion of the 5th board.
- 2023 Finished third in the Oregon Girls Championship
