Eesha Bio
Eesha Juneja is an incoming freshman at Jesuit High School. She began playing chess during the pandemic and has competed in many tournaments since then. Eesha is very passionate about chess and is excited to teach others about the game of chess. Aside from playing chess, she enjoys playing tennis, doing art, and reading books.
Some of Eesha’s chess accomplishments include:
- 2023: Member of Stoller Middle School’s team that secured 1st place at the OSCF Team State Championship in the K8 Section.
- 2024: Oregon U900 Girls Champion
- 2024: 1st place in the U1200 section at the 74th Oregon Open
- 2025: Captain of Stoller Middle School’s team that secured 1st place at the OSCF Team State Championship in the K8 Section. Eesha also won the Board Award for the 1st board.
